[What's okay to mention around him/her] I cant think of anything? It would probably be a situational thing.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He wears magic braces that allow him to walk that are a part of a therapy that will hopefully allow him to walk under his own power again some day. It's not a definite thing since his injury is so old and severe, but he has hope.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I do not mind this as long as permission is asked first. I'll probably say yes? I'd just like to know before hand.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?]Not letting him work with animals, keeping him from Quidditch practice, yelling at him a lot.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Sure! But if anything severe might happen just ask first?
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Go for it? He's the kind that gets bullied a lot in general so it's kind of par for the course.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] This is all perfectly okay!
[Anything else?] He does have a wheelchair at school, but he only uses it to get around while going to bathe.
